The Kuma Dojo Judo Kata Classroom is now open. It brings together Nage-no-Kata, Katame-no-Kata, Kime-no-Kata, Ju-no-Kata, Kodokan Goshin-jutsu, Koshiki-no-Kata, Itsutsu-no-Kata, Seiryoku Zenyo Kokumin Taiiku and Kodomo-no-Kata in clearly organised technique groups.
Each entry includes the Japanese name, romaji, pronunciation and a link to an official Kodokan demonstration. It is a useful reference for students reviewing kata and for newcomers beginning to understand the order and principles that tori and uke practise together.
